Since 1995, theatre actors InJest develop training system "Dancing Beasts". This is a universal method of plastic and psychophysical training of the actor, as well as a method of creating an artistic image and working on the role, and by and large - a method of deep and multifaceted life adjustment.

Training-based on ancient Chinese system Five Changes (U - Shin) - the system of interconnections of the five elements (primary elements) - Trees, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water.

Each element corresponds to the time of year, day, side of the world, stage of biological cycle, development of society, color, sound, taste, etc., as well as, similar to kung fu - a conditional image of the animal: Tiger, Birds, Monkeys, Snakes, Dragon - with its inherent basic qualities, type of energy, bodily canon, rhythm, atmosphere.

In the training programme "Dancing Beasts" - creating a clear psychophysical image of the Beast-Stily, working in the plastic canon, pairing and group interactions, improvisation.

The practice of training synthesizes elements pantomime and buto dance, plastic improvisation, kung fu and acrobatics.
